Job summary

Gallagher Bassett International Ltd is seeking a Client Funds Accounts Assistant to join our Finance team. You’ll receive on-the-job training, with access to external courses and support for qualifications like CII. The role starts with two months of office-based training before transitioning to a hybrid pattern (two days in the office per week).

You’ll help manage client cash, maintain cash books, and support month-end processes while developing proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Allocate incoming cash receipts and maintain client cash books in Microsoft Dynamics.

• Provide remittances and payment information to clients.
• Verify and maintain bank details.
• Support month-end reporting, including bank reconciliations.
• Analyse claims financial data and resolve discrepancies.

Overview

How You'll Make An Impact

• Allocate incoming cash receipts and maintain client cash books using Microsoft Dynamics.
• Reconcile client money and review funding positions.
• Process payments via online banking.
• Respond to claims handler queries through our ticketing system.
• Provide remittances and payment information.

• Analyse claims financial data and resolve discrepancies.

Your work will help ensure our clients’ financial processes run smoothly and meet deadlines.
