Job summary

CMA Recruitment Group is seeking an ambitious Management Accountant to join a growing accountancy practice. You will become the go-to finance contact for a diverse client portfolio, delivering monthly management accounts with insightful analysis and commentary to support decision-making.

Qualifications

• Experience in an accountancy practice environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage your own portfolio of clients and act as a trusted finance partner.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly management accounts with meaningful analysis and commentary.
• Produce budgets, forecasts and cash flow projections to support business decisions.
• Support clients with cloud accounting software including Xero, QuickBooks and Sage.
• Review financial processes and identify efficiencies and improvements.
• Deliver insightful financial information and practical commercial advice.
• Assist with KPI reporting and outsourced finance support services.
• Build strong client relationships and become a valued extension of their business.
