Job summary

IPS Finance, a growing firm of Chartered Accountants, seeks a Client Manager to deliver high‑quality service across a portfolio of clients. You will act as the main contact, blend relationship management with review work, and guide junior staff while partnering with Partners to drive growth.

The role offers hybrid working with options for full-time, part-time, or a condensed 4-day week, plus a competitive salary and benefits package. A clear progression path is provided.

Qualifications

• ACA or ACCA qualification or equivalent by experience.
• Strong experience in a UK accountancy practice.
• Confident reviewing work and managing client relationships.
• Enjoy developing junior staff and supporting their growth.
• Organised, proactive and able to handle multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

About You

• ACA / ACCA qualified (or qualified by experience)
