Job summary

Ashfords LLP in Bristol is seeking an Employment & HR Advisor to join our Employment & HR team on a permanent basis. You will be a first point of contact on our HR helpline, delivering practical, commercially focused advice to a diverse range of organisations.

You'll work closely with colleagues, handle a high volume of calls, and help clients navigate employee relations matters while developing your HR advisory career within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Experience in an HR administration or similar HR-focused role.
• Experience handling high-volume calls on an HR helpline.
• Currently working towards or holding a CIPD qualification.

Responsibilities

• Provide practical, commercially focused HR guidance to managers and leaders.
• Handle incoming calls on the HR helpline and clarify issues for resolution.
• Deliver practical advice and recommendations on employee relations matters.
• Build trusted client relationships and understand client organisations and priorities.
