Job summary

Mystery Shoppers Ltd is looking to hire a Business Development Manager to drive new client relationships and tailor solutions for customers. You will balance proactive development with essential admin to ensure smooth transitions from lead to order.

You should enjoy working with people, listening well, and building trust-based relationships that lead to long-term partnerships. Office hours are standard, with pro-rata holiday and DBS checks where applicable.

Qualifications

• Great communication skills. Natural consultative style: listen well, ask smart questions and understand the value of building trust
• Experience in building relationships with prospects and selling services to clients
• Ability to manage own workload and meet deadlines with strong attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with prospects to capture needs, ensure satisfaction and sell the MSL company and proposition
• Develop tailored proposals to potential clients
• Support the Business Development Director and manage successful lead conversion
• Coordinate orders and handovers once orders are signed
• Assist BD and Partnerships teams with admin and day-to-day tasks
