Qualifications

• Solid bookkeeping knowledge and fundamentals.
• Ability to manage a portfolio of clients.
• Experience with Xero is essential; Sage is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day bookkeeping for a portfolio of clients.
• Post and process sales and purchase invoices.
• Complete bank reconciliations accurately and efficiently.
• Prepare and submit VAT returns.
• Respond to client queries via email, phone, and in person.
• Work with the accounts team to support reporting and deadlines.
