Key Responsibilities and Requirements

As a Client Finance Manager, you will:

• Lead financial services for a high-profile client, managing all aspects of financial delivery.
• Manage a team ensuring accurate preparation of service charge accounts, budgets, and reports following ARMA/RICS standards.
• Maintain strong client relationships, providing clear, proactive communication.
• Ensure compliance with deadlines, client needs, and internal controls across residential developments.
• Coordinate year-end audits, reconciliations, and reserve fund reporting.
• Provide strategic financial insights for operational decisions.
• Have significant experience in leasehold property accounting, including service charge compliance and residential block finance.
• Demonstrate leadership in managing and developing teams.
• Work effectively with senior stakeholders with professionalism and commercial awareness.
• Hold relevant accounting qualifications (ACCA, CIMA, ACA) or equivalent experience in property finance.
• Be proficient in property management accounting systems and advanced Excel skills.
