Job summary

Addepar is seeking a Technical Success Analyst in the UK to support client engagement and optimize BAU workflows. You will work with Client Success Managers, Account Executives, Support Analysts, and Product Managers to drive high-value outcomes and ensure client satisfaction across RIAs, MFOs, Enterprises, SFOs, and Institutions.

You will combine finance and technology insight to model and optimize complex financial instruments and assets, while promoting self-sufficiency in a BAU state.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Project Management, Financial Services or Consulting preferred.
• Outstanding communication, organisational, and time-management skills.
• Ability to learn historical data conversion methodologies and source systems.
• Independent, adaptable and creative with comfort navigating ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Advise and consult directly with clients as you architect and implement scalable, best-practice solutions.
• Own and deliver high-value client outcomes aligned with client expectations.
• Proactively handle expectations and communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure retention of clients driven by high client satisfaction and reference-ability.
• Establish and drive progress throughout the life of a project to ensure client success.
• Prioritise and context-switch to complete simultaneous projects, seeing each through to the finish line.
• Proactively communicate project health and status to internal and external senior leadership.
• Partner with Account Executives and Support Leads to create a BAU model for client services.
• Partner with R&D on scalable tools that reduce client reliance on premium services.
• Think critically about how to improve processes and tools as the client base expands.
• Influence reductions in project effort and timelines via scalable processes and templates.
• Be a consultant and guide on all things Addepar.
