Job summary

BDO in the United Kingdom seeks a dynamic TA & RM professional to manage client portfolios, distil complex tax concepts for diverse stakeholders, and oversee project delivery with senior managers, directors and partners.

You will contribute to governance, risk management, and tax operations, collaborating across teams, supporting business development, and driving tax advisory services for a broad client base.

Qualifications

• Excellent client relationship, communication and project management skills.
• Experience of TA&RM work with tax governance and tax operations.
• Broad tax technical experience to discuss a range of tax issues.
• Experience in end-to-end project delivery and quality advice/report writing.
• Strong presentation skills, with experience hosting workshops/training/webinars up to Board level.
• Educated to degree level, and/or CTA and/or ACA qualified or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Act as a key client contact alongside senior team members, responding quickly to client needs and keeping clients informed of progress.
• Manage client portfolios and coordinate project delivery with teams to ensure exceptional service.
• Support business development activities and identify opportunities for additional services.
• Provide knowledge on TA&RM topics, tax strategy and governance to clients and internal teams.
