Job summary

BDO is seeking a senior TA RM professional to act as a primary client contact alongside the senior team. You will bring tax strategy experience, lead complex projects and help develop bespoke scopes of work, while steering governance and risk management across client engagements.

You’ll manage relationships, mentor junior staff, and contribute to firm growth through cross‑selling and innovative tax solutions. This role emphasizes Board‑level communication and agile collaboration.

Qualifications

• Strong presentation style suitable for Board level audiences.
• Experience in TA RM work including tax strategy and control frameworks.
• Ability to lead complex end-to-end projects and develop bespoke scopes.

Responsibilities

• Act as a key point of contact within the firm for clients alongside senior team.
• Own client portfolios, manage project delivery and coordinate junior resources.
• Develop tax governance improvements and contribute to business development.
