Job summary

BDO UK LLP seeks an ACA/CTA-qualified tax professional to lead client relationships within the partnership tax team in London. You will manage a portfolio, deliver advisory, compliance and reporting services to professional partnerships and their partners, with some corporate work.

You’ll work with senior managers, directors and partners, develop new business, coach junior staff and help shape bespoke solutions for a dynamic client base across the UK and internationally.

Qualifications

• Qualified ACA/CTA with post-qualification experience.
• Experience in corporate and/or partnership tax compliance and advisory.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and senior stakeholders.
• Involvement in business development and coaching junior staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead client relationships and manage a portfolio of partnerships/LLPs.
• Deliver tax compliance and advisory services with support from directors.
• Develop internal networks and support career development.
• Coach and develop junior staff.
• Coordinate with other service lines in the UK and internationally.
