Job summary

RG Setsquare is seeking a Site Manager to lead refurbishment and new build projects ranging from 2M to 5M. The role requires delivering to programme, strong communication, and proven leadership on-site. Applicants should have a contractor background and a record of client-facing delivery.

Essential qualifications include Black CSCS, First Aid, and SMSTS; DBS is preferred. The successful candidate will manage H&S, programming, site inductions, risk assessments, and progress with subcontractors.

Qualifications

• Experience of running projects up to 2 million.
• Contractor background.
• A record of being client facing.
• Project leadership qualities and exceptional soft skills.
• Strong health and safety awareness and management.
• Strong technical and financial acumen.
• Black CSCS, First Aid and SMSTS essential.
• Ideally current Basic or Enhanced DBS.

Responsibilities

• Programming work schedule and monitoring building progress to ensure compliance with regulations and cost limitations.
• Manage site inductions, method statements, risk assessments, toolbox talks, and permits to work.
• Logistics planning, plant and labour resources management.
• Progress meetings with site team and subcontractors.
• Exposure to government funded construction projects.
