Job summary

RG Setsquare is seeking a Site Manager to lead refurbishment and new build projects valued between £1m and £3m. You will be the on-site lead, ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery while maintaining open communication with clients and subcontractors.

The ideal candidate has strong construction background, experience with high-profile projects and a contractor ethos. You will manage H&S, programme works, lead site meetings and coordinate resources to meet cost constraints.

Qualifications

• Experience of running projects up to 2 million.
• Contractor background.
• A record of being client facing.
• Project leadership qualities and exceptional soft skills.
• Strong health and safety awareness and management.
• Strong technical and financial acumen.

Responsibilities

• Program work schedules and monitor progress to ensure regulatory and cost compliance.
• Manage site inductions, method statements, risk assessments, toolbox talks and permits.
• Plan logistics, plant and labour resources and lead progress meetings with team and subcontractors.
• Exposure to government funded construction projects preferred.
