Job summary

Bennett & Game are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their Bristol team. You will deliver projects across the RIBA stages, manage client relationships, and coordinate consultants and contractors within a busy consultancy environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager within a consultancy environment.
• Experience delivering projects across the RIBA stages.
• Good understanding of construction contracts and statutory compliance.
• Strong client-facing and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively.
• Commercially aware with strong organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Managing projects through the RIBA stages from inception through to completion.
• Acting as a key point of contact for clients and stakeholders.
• Managing project programmes, budgets and costs.
• Coordinating consultants, contractors and other property professionals.
• Providing project and technical advice to clients.
• Supporting clients with acquisitions, disposals and wider development requirements.
• Ensuring projects are delivered in line with statutory and contractual requirements.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
