Job summary

Your role spans production planning, procurement, logistics and installation, coordinating design, production and field teams across a national UK estate. You’ll balance client expectations with commercial delivery and help improve ways we work.

Qualifications

• Experience in project management, account management or operational delivery within large format print, signage, retail graphics, shopfitting, hospitality, store openings or national rollouts.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, coordinate between departments and make practical decisions in a fast-moving environment.
• Forecasting stock requirements or translating future client demand into production and procurement plans is useful.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with client stakeholders.
• Manage store openings, refurbishments, campaigns and reactive works.
• Coordinate design, procurement, production, logistics and installation teams.
• Run several live projects with competing priorities.
• Keep internal teams aligned around deadlines and client expectations.
• Identify delivery risks and resolve issues quickly.
• Turn promotional plans and estate changes into stock forecasts.
• Support production planning and procurement decisions.
• Look for ways to improve communication, delivery and commercial performance.
