Job summary

Holland Mountain is seeking an experienced BI Developer to join the ATLAS team in London. This hands-on, client-facing role will design, build and improve BI and data solutions for multiple client projects within a fast-paced consulting environment.

You will translate evolving requirements into practical, high-quality solutions, work with SQL Server, SSAS, DAX and Power BI, and collaborate with clients and stakeholders to ensure delivery across changing priorities.

Qualifications

• Experience with SQL Server, T-SQL and stored procedures.
• Proficient in SSAS multidimensional and Tabular models.
• Strong DAX knowledge and Power BI basics.
• Understanding BI and data warehousing methodologies.
• Experience in consultancy/client-services delivery is a plus.
• Track record delivering on multiple projects or clients.
• Familiarity with Azure data services and modern data platforms.
• Experience with Data Vault and Kimball modeling.
• Scripting or programming experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and enhance BI and data solutions for our clients.
• Develop and optimise SQL queries, stored procedures and data models.
• Design, build and maintain Tabular semantic models in Power BI and Microsoft Fabric, including DAX calculations, incremental refresh and deployment automation.
• Work directly with clients and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
• Manage delivery across multiple projects and changing priorities.
• Investigate data and technical problems and identify practical solutions.
• Validate and test data to ensure accuracy, reliability and quality.
• Collaborate with consultants, developers and other stakeholders throughout delivery.
