FleetCheck is seeking a Bespoke Solutions Developer to join our Kemble-based team on a hybrid schedule (Mon-Wed in office). You will own client-specific features and configurations, liaising with clients to scope, estimate, and deliver bespoke work within the broader product framework.

You will collaborate with Product Owner and QA to ensure proper scoping, testing, and quality. The role emphasizes independent delivery within a supportive development team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional software development experience.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a Kanban setup.
• Strong written and verbal communication with clients.

Responsibilities

• Capture, refine and confirm bespoke requirements with the Product Owner.
• Serve as the primary technical contact for clients requesting bespoke features.
• Independently scope and estimate bespoke work with realistic timelines.
• Keep clients informed of progress and changes, flag risks early.
