Purpose of the job
- To deliver Foster Denovo’s growing H&P proposition by providing high-quality central administration and support services to corporate clients, enabling Principal and Consulting Partners to focus on client relationships and business development.
- To be part of the H&P Leadership Team, ensuring exceptional support to Partners and the H&P team.
Job summary
- Lead, coach, and develop the H&P team members.
- Manage own clients and workload within the wider team.
- Maintain regular client contact and support advisers and Partners on existing and new business.
Key skills and personal attributes
- Manage the team daily, including resourcing, delegation, performance reviews, development, and employee relations, with HR support.
- Handle team queries as the first support line.
- Collaborate with the H&P Practice Manager and team to deliver services successfully.
- Identify and improve processes with the Operations Manager.
- Manage team income expectations.
- Ensure smooth operation of assigned portfolios daily.
- Build professional relationships with clients and insurers at all levels.
- Coordinate administration of schemes, including renewals, underwriting, reviews, claims, and accounts.
- Maintain accurate client records in line with systems and protocols.
- Respond proactively to client and insurer queries, keeping Advisers informed.
- Support Advisers with scheme re-broking and reviews.
- Gather market review data, negotiate with insurers, and draft renewal reports/emails.
- Contribute to broader team and company initiatives.
- Participate in training and development activities.
