Job summary

Opus People Solutions Ltd. is seeking a Client Services Executive to join the Marketing team and deliver an exceptional client experience from first contact. You’ll be the initial point of contact, understanding client circumstances and connecting them with the right adviser or service.

This role focuses on building trust and ensuring a seamless journey, not on selling. You will work with Marketing, Advisers and Operations to continually improve client engagement.

Qualifications

• Experience in client services or wealth management.
• Excellent listening and communication skills.
• High attention to detail and strong organisational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage new client enquiries from initial contact through to adviser allocation.
• Speak with prospective clients to understand their needs and what they are looking for.
• Provide a warm, professional and knowledgeable first point of contact.
• Ensure clients are matched with the most appropriate adviser or service.
• Maintain accurate client information and records within the CRM.
• Monitor the client journey and follow up where required to ensure a smooth experience.
• Capture feedback and client insight to help improve the overall customer journey.
• Work closely with Advisers, Marketing and Operations teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and the way clients experience the business.
• Support the development of client communication and engagement journeys.
