Job summary

Wilde Thyme is a leading luxury catering provider in the UK, delivering weddings, corporate events and celebrations across historic estates. We seek a Client Experience Planner who can manage end-to-end events with impeccable presentation and seamless delivery.

You will build relationships with venues, coordinate with clients, and oversee on-site delivery, requiring travel across venues and a full, clean UK driving licence; evenings and weekends availability is essential.

This role is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Client Experience Planner who excels in managing and delivering diverse portfolio of high-end events. As a Client Experience Planner, you will be accountable for delivering a tailored and bespoke service across a broad and varied portfolio of events. This responsibility encompasses comprehensive planning and end-to-end project management, spanning from initial client enquiry through to successful on-site delivery, ensuring that every aspect is executed to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities

• To manage and develop the relationship with all venues in your portfolio, ensuring that they generate leads and opportunities
• Manage and develop the relationship with any key accounts to ensure that business levels are maintained and increased
• Undertake tastings, site visits and meetings where required and involve the correct personnel from the Company to assist if necessary
• Carry out all operational planning and management for each event
• Work with the Client Experience and Operations Lead or Senior Client Experience Planner to identify opportunities within our existing venue portfolio and at new venues

Applicants must demonstrate flexibility with regard to working location, as this role requires travel across a variety of venues. Given the nature of the position, a full, clean UK driving licence is an essential requirement.

The successful candidate for this position will have previous experience in a similar events role, a passion for the industry and ambition to support the growth of the business whilst consistently demonstrating a positive attitude and professional demeanour. A flexible work approach is essential, as the role necessitates availability for evenings and weekends.
