Job summary

Harrods Knightsbridge is recruiting a Front of House Coordinator for the Drybar team. You’ll be the first and last impression, greeting clients, managing check-in/out, booking with Booker, and guiding the salon flow to ensure a seamless experience.

Ideal candidates are customer-service oriented, organized, pro-active, and comfortable working in a luxury retail environment. Experience in salons or hospitality, strong communication, and a passion for beauty will help you thrive.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Salon, Spa, or Health Club.
• Strong communication and a passion for exceptional service.
• Highly organised and able to manage busy appointment schedules.
• Team player with positive client relationships.
• Experience using appointment/booking software is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Greeting clients warmly and managing check-in/check-out.
• Booking appointments accurately using the Booker system and diary management.
• Allocating clients to stylists and coordinating daily salon flow.
• Managing phone and email enquiries with excellent etiquette.
• Promoting Drybar services, loyalty programs, and retail products.
• Maintaining up-to-date client records and handling transactions.
