Job summary

Marsh is recruiting for a key Public Sector role in the UK. You will deliver tailored insurance and risk management solutions to public sector clients across the UK, leveraging Marsh's extensive sector expertise and global resources.

The position involves leading program design, client meetings, and strategic risk financing discussions with clients and insurers. You will manage client relationships, develop risk strategies, and ensure alignment with client objectives while operating in a hybrid

As part of Marsh's leading public sector team, you will play a vital role in delivering tailored insurance and risk management solutions to public sector clients across the UK. With over 25 years of experience serving the sector, our team is committed to providing expert advice, innovative solutions, and exceptional service to a diverse range of public sector providers.

We will count on you to:

• Manage a portfolio of clients, providing tailored insurance and risk management solutions
• Identify and develop strategies for clients' risk management, risk financing, and insurance needs
• Lead and approve insurance program design activities, ensuring alignment with client objectives
• Prepare budget proposals and negotiate fees with clients and insurers
• Host client and insurer meetings alongside specialist broker and client service teams to deliver exceptional service and solutions
