Job summary

Marsh Risk in the UK public sector team is seeking a talented professional to deliver tailored insurance and risk management solutions to public sector clients across the UK.

You will manage a portfolio of clients, identify risk strategies, lead insurance program design activities, prepare budgets and negotiate fees with clients and insurers, and host client meetings with specialists to ensure exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Proven insurance experience, preferably in Property-Casualty (Combined).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong relationship-building and management abilities.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.

As part of Marsh’s leading public sector team, you will play a vital role in delivering tailored insurance and risk management solutions to public sector clients across the UK. With over 25 years of experience serving the sector, our team is committed to providing expert advice, innovative solutions, and exceptional service to a diverse range of public sector providers.

We will count on you to:

• Manage a portfolio of clients, providing tailored insurance and risk management solutions
• Identify and develop strategies for clients’ risk management, risk financing, and insurance needs
• Lead and approve insurance program design activities, ensuring alignment with client objectives
• Prepare budget proposals and negotiate fees with clients and insurers
• Host client and insurer meetings alongside specialist broker and client service teams to deliver exceptional service and solutions
