Specialist Risk Group in the United Kingdom is recruiting a Client Executive for our Protection & Detection team. You will develop and manage client relationships, identify new opportunities, and help clients secure the right insurance solutions for their needs.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years' experience within the insurance industry.
• General commercial insurance experience in roles like Account Handler/Client Advisor is advantageous.
• Interest in developing a new business and a sales-focused career.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Confident speaking with clients over the phone and in person.
• Understanding FCA regulations and insurance principles.

Responsibilities

• Inherit an initial book to develop a larger portfolio of commercial insurance clients in the fire sector.
• Handle inbound enquiries and convert opportunities into new business.
• Proactively generate and pursue outbound sales opportunities with an existing pipeline.
• Build strong client relationships and identify cross-selling opportunities.
• Develop your own book of business and work toward income/growth targets.
• Provide advice and secure insurance solutions for clients.
• Collaborate with internal colleagues to deliver excellent customer outcomes.
• Maintain accurate records in line with FCA requirements.
