Our client is looking for a Client Engagement Specialist to join their team.
This is a homebased role.
Looking for someone with strong admin skills, customer service skills. Sales skills are an advantage. Confident on the phone, telesales. IT literate.
Client Engagement is responsible for managing the renewal process of software licenses and service contracts for existing customers from T to T4. This role focuses on ensuring on-time renewal of customers' contracts and subscriptions, optimizing the conditions for both the customer and the company. The Client Engagement works closely with the Customer Success team to achieve renewal targets and contribute to the overall success of the company.

Professional experience:
Fluent in English; additional regional languages are a plus.
