The role:

We are seeking a Client Engagement Principal to join our expanding sales team, servicing enterprises across Europe and beyond.

We value those who share our passion for helping clients.

This role is remote or hybrid (London Office). We will provide all necessary support and tools to help you build a team and your own remote community.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct business development activities across Europe, promoting Remobi services to prospective clients.
  2. Create industry-specific campaigns to promote Remobi offerings.
  3. Collaborate with Solution Delivery and Recruitment teams to develop proposals for clients.
  4. Contribute to business development strategies and provide market insights to leadership.
  5. Utilize data insights to target prospective client partners strategically.

Account Servicing & Relationship Management:

  1. Act as the main contact for major clients, ensuring satisfaction and alignment.
  2. Manage recruitment needs, ensuring the right talent is assigned and SLAs are met.
  3. Coordinate interviews between hiring managers and candidates.
  4. Partner with Account Managers to forecast hiring needs and build talent pipelines.
  5. Work with Community Managers to onboard and retain top talent.
  6. Promote a solutions-oriented culture by proactively resolving issues.

Your background:

  • At least 18 months experience in Sales or a Commercial environment.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced scale-up setting.
  • Initiative and creative thinking are essential.
  • Comfort working in an output-based environment.
  • A passion for technology and community engagement is desirable.
