Job summary

Gem Partnership is seeking a Support Executive / EA in Manchester (hybrid) to support Directors with client services, onboarding and financial coordination. You will manage client and engagement administration, meetings, expenses and travel, while also handling system administration and data quality maintenance.

The role requires a proactive problem-solver with excellent organisational skills and experience in professional services support.

Qualifications

• Experience in client, account and/or engagement administration in a professional services setting.
• Experience with diary management and travel coordination.
• Familiarity with invoicing, WIP and billing processes.

Responsibilities

• Client and engagement administration for contracts and ongoing engagements.
• Support client meetings, manage expenses and travel coordination.
• Assist with data quality, records and system changes for clients.
• Coordinate financial processes including invoicing and billing support.
