• Strong interest in sports to engage in daily client conversations and ideation.
• Track record of multitasking in a fast-paced creative environment.
• Proven experience managing complex projects (often $500K–$1M) with end-to-end ownership.
• Proficiency with project management methodologies, tools, and estimation (top-down/bottom-up).

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and delivery of multiple projects, ensuring scope, timelines, and budgets are met.
• Serve as the day-to-day client point of contact with mid-level clients and collaborate with leadership.
• Proactively anticipate risks, identify solutions, and elevate issues when needed.
• Facilitate success criteria, monitor KPIs/ROI, and conduct post-project reviews.
• Draft, negotiate, and present statements of work and budget adjustments.
• Support organic growth by contributing to proposals and sourcing case studies.
• Collaborate with craft leads to staff projects and balance utilization and delivery.
