Job summary

AND Digital is seeking an Engagement Director to lead large-scale, complex client engagements from end to end. You will ensure successful delivery, manage client relationships, handle commercials, and build high-performing teams while shaping our solutions and practice.

You will own engagement financials, mitigate risks, report KPIs, and drive continuous improvement across delivery and client satisfaction. A blended working model is offered.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and influencing skills (without relying on authority).
• Excellent communication – able to simplify complex topics for all audiences.
• Proven problem-solving and decision-making under pressure.
• High level of planning, organisation, and resource coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of client engagements.
• Ensure delivery milestones, quality, and outcomes are met.
• Identify and manage risks and issues.
• Track and report engagement KPIs regularly.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Own engagement financials: revenue, margin, invoicing, collections.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate delivery teams.
• Drive a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
