Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and grow the influencer division and new business opportunities.
2. Create and execute the global influencer marketing strategy aligned with client objectives.
3. Build and lead a team of influencer marketers and talent managers.
4. Establish relationships with top-tier creators, agents, and managers.
5. Define success metrics, report, and track ROI, engagement, and brand impact.
6. Negotiate contracts, manage budgets, and oversee legal/talent deliverables.
7. Stay updated on cultural and platform trends, creator economy shifts, and emerging talents.
