Key Responsibilities:

• New business development and influencer division growth
• Develop and own the global influencer marketing strategy aligned with client goals
• Build and lead a high-performing team of influencer marketers and talent managers
• Identify and nurture relationships with top-tier creators, agents, and managers
• Define success metrics and lead reporting, tracking ROI, engagement, and brand impact
• Negotiate contracts, manage budgets, and oversee legal/talent deliverables
• Stay ahead of cultural and platform trends, creator economy shifts, and emerging talent

What We’re Looking For:

• 6+ years’ experience in client services and influencer marketing
• Strategic mindset with creative flair and commercial acumen
