Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and grow the influencer division and pursue new business opportunities.
2. Develop and implement the global influencer marketing strategy aligned with client goals.
3. Build and lead a high-performing team of influencer marketers and talent managers.
4. Identify and nurture relationships with top-tier creators, agents, and managers.
5. Define success metrics; lead reporting, ROI tracking, engagement, and brand impact analysis.
6. Negotiate contracts, manage budgets, and oversee legal/talent deliverables.
7. Stay ahead of cultural trends, platform shifts, creator economy developments, and emerging talent.
