Job summary

Bond Williams is seeking a Client Director for an established accounting practice in Ferndown. You will lead a small team, manage client relationships, and oversee statutory accounts and VAT submissions in a busy office environment.

Strong tax knowledge and ACCA/AAT/ACA qualifications are required, with excellent client-facing skills and attention to detail. The role is office-based with opportunities to contribute to firm growth and onboarding of new clients.

Qualifications

• Qualified with AAT/ACCA/ACA (partial or full)
• Strong understanding of tax and corporate compliance
• Excellent client-facing communication and relationship skills
• Ability to lead and supervise a small team with organised workflow
