About the Role:

As a Client Director, you will be a strategic partner to our clients, leading the development and execution of transformative brand strategies. You will cultivate strong client relationships, identify growth opportunities, and champion creative excellence. This role demands a deep understanding of branding principles, exceptional communication skills, and a proven ability to manage complex projects and teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Partnership & Growth:Build and nurture long-term client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and lead pitches.
  • Strategic & Creative Excellence:Lead the delivery of client briefs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and championing "unordinary ideas."
  • Financial Management:Oversee client contracts, budgets, and project profitability.
  • Team Leadership & Mentorship:Manage and develop junior team members, fostering a positive and collaborative environment.
  • Project Management & Execution:Oversee project execution, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.
  • Communication & Presentation:Deliver compelling presentations and effectively communicate with clients and internal teams.

Experience & Skills:

  • Significant experience in branding, design, advertising, or a related field, with a proven track record of client leadership and business development.
  • Deep understanding of branding principles and a passion for creating impactful brands.
  • Excellent project management, relationship-building, and communication skills.
  • Strong business acumen and financial literacy.
  • Proven experience leading large FMCG and retail accounts.
