The Client Director is a senior business development role within Bright Horizons’ Work + Family division, focused on securing high-value enterprise contracts worth seven figures+.
This strategic position requires an exceptional sales professional who can operate as a trusted advisor to senior executives, bringing deep market insights and compelling business cases that demonstrate the tangible ROI of our work-life solutions.
The successful candidate will target Global Heads of Benefits & Rewards and Chief People Officers at enterprise-level organisations, building comprehensive relationships across multiple stakeholder groups throughout complex sales cycles.
This role combines strategic selling excellence with collaborative internal partnership, working closely with our Client Relationship Directors to ensure seamless transition from prospect to long-term client success.
Operating within our Salesforce CRM ecosystem, the Client Director will maintain rigorous sales discipline while embodying Bright Horizons’ HEART principles in every client interaction and internal collaboration.
