The Client Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities within a defined client portfolio in the Central Government Sector. The role involves selecting target accounts, creating structured sales strategies, engaging with senior-level clients confidently, and supporting business units in understanding and converting new business wins.
You will join the Central Government team at Adecco, a diverse and motivated group supporting growth across sectors like IT, Programme and Project Management, Procurement, and Commercial. We promote a progressive career in sales management, supporting a team of 10 consultants in Temporary and Permanent recruitment.
