We have an exciting opportunity to join our office in London to support our Client Complaints Team. This role involves recording, triaging, and supporting the end-to-end complaints management process.

You will provide procedural guidance, prepare reports and management information, manage databases, and ensure compliance with regulatory and internal deadlines.

What will you do?
  1. Support the end-to-end complaints management process.
  2. Oversee the 3-day complaint process.
  3. Manage mailbox and databases.
  4. Support the production of management information and reports.
  5. Undertake and review detriment calculations.
What do you need to succeed?
Must-have
  • Experience in an administrator role within a complaint function or financial services.
  • Excellent administration, planning, and organizational skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially intermediate Excel skills.
  • Understanding of the regulatory complaints process.
Nice-to-have
  • Experience in Wealth Management.
