Join us to apply for the Client Complaints Team Support role at RBC.

This exciting opportunity is based in our London office, supporting our Client Complaints Team. The role involves recording, triaging, and managing the end-to-end complaints process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the complaints management process from start to finish.
  • Oversee the 3-day complaint process.
  • Manage mailbox and database operations.
  • Assist in producing management information and reports.
  • Review and undertake detriment calculations.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Experience in an administrative role within a complaint function or financial services.
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially intermediate Excel skills.
  • Understanding of the regulatory complaints process.

Preferred: Experience in Wealth Management.
