Paradigm Norton Financial Planning Limited is seeking an Events Executive in Bristol to design and run client, prospect and internal events. You will plan, source venues, manage suppliers and budgets, and deliver seamless events that strengthen client relationships and community connections.

You’ll work with our Marketing and Business Services teams, coordinating with external partners to ensure high-quality experiences and post-event follow-up with data-driven insights.

Qualifikationen

• Experience coordinating events, conferences, hospitality or networking activities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communications, with stakeholder relationship skills.

Aufgaben

• Plan, coordinate and deliver a growing events programme from concept to follow-up.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Financial Planning and Business Services teams and external partners to ensure smooth events.
• Handle venue sourcing, supplier relations and budget administration for each event.
• Oversee guest lists, invitations, registrations and on-the-day logistics.
• Lead post-event follow-up, capture meaningful data and maintain records in CRM.
• Evaluate impact and outcomes of events to strengthen client relationships and community ties.
