Job summary

Interactive Investor is recruiting an Operations Administrator to join our Operations team. You will handle Cash, Settlements, Customer Accounts, Pensions, Transfers, Reconciliations and Corporate Actions, ensuring policy and FCA compliance.

This role involves building strong relationships with internal departments and external stakeholders while delivering high-quality service to customers. You will respond to queries, support process improvements, and adapt to changing tasks as business needs

Responsibilities

• Timely processing of tasks with a high degree of accuracy across Cash, Settlements, Customer Accounts, Pensions, Transfers, Reconciliations and Corporate Actions.
• Provide outstanding customer service to meet the requirements of internal and external customers.
• Escalate identified risks and unresolved issues with accurate information to support investigation.
• Maintain adherence to regulatory standards and company procedures.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by challenging policies and suggesting efficiency gains.
• Support the departmental telephone query team and respond to customer queries via various channels.
• Collaborate within the team to promote a positive work environment and high-quality service.
• Assist in ensuring data accuracy and timely management information as required.
