About Our Opportunity
As a Client Care Co-ordinator, you will be working as part of a large team that is highly supportive and effective at helping our clients. You will be responsible for answering client queries over the phone, managing your own portfolio of cases where you will provide proactive administrative support, and handling inbound and outbound calls to maintain regular contact with our clients, customers, and therapists.
