We currently have a vacancy for a Client Care Advisor to work within our fantastic practices.
Our outstanding Client Care team are there for our clients, answering the phone, welcoming them and their pets into the practice and ensuring they are looked after and have everything they need every step of the way. We are a professional, friendly, and dedicated team, and often the first contact with our clients so are vital to our business.
Your role as Client Care Advisor will be for the south hub practices in Stapenhill, Hilton and Mickleover. The role will be very varied with no two days being the same. If you are looking for a challenge and the ability to make a difference, this is the role for you!
You will be taking phone calls, making appointments, assisting clients with queries, reassuring clients, listening to their needs, taking payments, solving problems and generally 'being there' for our clients.
About the rota
You will be employed on a flexible contract of 30 hours per week; However, we would be happy to consider a job share. The shifts vary to fit in with the business need but will be between 8.30am and 7.00pm Weekdays and 8.30am and 6pm on Saturday. The role requires the successful applicant to be able to work on a weekend rota. Rotas will be produced at least 4 weeks in advance and are subject to change due to the needs of the business.
