We are seeking a Client Associate / Junior Relationship Manager to provide sales support to the Nordic Client Coverage. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing team and provide a wide range of support as we continue to develop the business in the Nordics. The Nordic Client Coverage Team works closely with Neuberger Berman’s Global and Regional Client Coverage teams to manage relationships pre-dominantly with Nordic Financial Intermediaries. This broad client base has different needs and requirements with regards to the strategies in which they invest both on the liquid side as well as the illiquid side and day-to-day client servicing. The Client Coverage teams are expected to represent the entire Neuberger Berman product suite, with strategies across Equities, Fixed Income and Alternatives.
Supporting the local team in their day-to-day client activity and strategic initiatives. Managing not only outbound sales, but also inbound sales, with proactive interactions with new or existing leads and follow-ups Liaising and collaborating with colleagues in Portfolio Management, Client Service, Marketing and Compliance teams for client deliverables Organizing prospective client related activity, including but not limited to client presentations. Ensure all activity follows the regulatory framework. Conducting market research and assist the team on appropriate business strategies and client analysis. CRM maintenance, including database management, producing pipeline activity and meeting notes, to help enhance the overall sales processes. Servicing existing client book and respond to all client needs diligently working with the client services team Initiating outbound sales calls and organise client meetings. Prepare new business sales presentations and lead client meetings Working closely with the marketing and client services teams to effectively communicate investment philosophies and processes as coordinating client communications Organizing and proactively supporting client events and marketing collateral efforts.
