Job summary

Neuberger invites applications for a Client Associate / Junior Relationship Manager to support Nordic Client Coverage. The role offers exposure to managing relationships with Nordic financial intermediaries and coordinating with Portfolio Management, Client Service, Marketing and Compliance teams.

You will engage in day‑to‑day client activity, organize client presentations, conduct market research, and help develop business strategies while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Supporting the local team in their day‑to‑day client activity and strategic initiatives.
• Managing not only outbound sales, but also inbound sales, with proactive interactions with new or existing leads and follow‑ups
• Liaising and collaborating with colleagues in Portfolio Management, Client Service, Marketing and Compliance teams for client deliverables
• Organising prospective client related activity, including but not limited to client presentations. Ensure all activity follows the regulatory framework.
• Conducting market research and assist the team on appropriate business strategies and client analysis.
• CRM maintenance, including database management, producing pipeline activity and meeting notes, to help enhance the overall sales processes.
• Servicing existing client book and respond to all client needs diligently working with the client services team
• Initiating outbound sales calls and organise client meetings. Prepare new business sales presentations and lead client meetings
• Working closely with the marketing and client services teams to effectively communicate investment philosophies and processes as coordinating client communications
• Organising and proactively supporting client events and marketing collateral efforts.
