Job Description
This successful, London based hedge fund is looking for a Client and Operations Administrator to take ownership of administration related to their clients, office management, some HR and events. The role is varied and interesting and will include producing monthly reports, updating social media, collecting client information and building presentations, updating the CRM, managing the office for 20 employees, arranging off-sites for clients and staff, onboarding and assisting with recruitment and some HR matters. The role requires someone with a good attitude, who is happy to order and collect the weekly lunch orders, meet and greet clients and make a coffee or two. It offers a great culture, with regular social events and a friendly, open plan office. The role requires someone with at least five years’ experience in office support, ideally with some client services experience. They are a serious, successful business and need someone professional, level-headed, team focussed and happy in an office 5 days a week.
