Due to growth of the Non-Marine Client Services Team, a permanent job for a Client Analyst/Insurance Technician has arisen.
Your new role
Your new role as a Client Analyst/Insurance Technician involves helping with the creation of global policies, slips, and endorsements records, and providing support with the accurate and timely creation of client and market documentation, bordereau, and statistics. You will maintain comprehensive paper/electronic records to ensure an audit trail for future reference. Duties include drafting client evidence of coverage and related documentation, producing Monthly Bordereau and Statistics, submitting Slips and LPANs to Bureau via London Market portals such as XIS, IMR, and Lineage. You will also resolve client, global, and data request queries promptly, develop relationships with global markets, clients, and colleagues, and actively participate in a team environment.
What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience in a similar role within the London Insurance Market is essential. You should have good knowledge of the (re)insurance market, strong communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, be well-organized, able to prioritize and multitask, and be a team player willing to work flexibly. Ideally, you will be ACII qualified or working towards it.
