360 Talent London Ltd. is seeking a Sales Assistant for a luxury fashion boutique in London on a fixed-term contract from November to January. The role offers 40 hours per week with salary £12.90 per hour plus commission and benefits.

You will deliver personalised luxury service, build client relationships through CRM and clienteling, and contribute to achieving boutique sales targets while upholding brand standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience within premium or luxury retail.
• Passionate about luxury fashion and delivering outstanding customer service.
• Commercially driven, with a proactive approach to sales and targets.
• Confident communicator with a polished and professional presentation.
• Naturally skilled at building genuine client relationships and encouraging customer loyalty.
• Available to commit to the full fixed-term period, from November until the end of January.
