Job summary

360 Talent London Ltd. is seeking a SALES ASSISTANT for a luxury fashion boutique in the United Kingdom. This fixed-term role runs from November to January and is offered on a 32-hour per week schedule with an hourly rate of £12.90 plus commission and benefits.

The successful candidate will deliver a personalised luxury shopping experience and build client relationships with excellent service. You will use CRM and clienteling to drive sales, provide styling advice, and upsell while upholding the

• Minimum 1 year of experience within premium or luxury retail.
• Passionate about luxury fashion and delivering outstanding customer service.
• Commercially driven, with a proactive approach to sales and achieving targets.
• Confident communicator with a polished and professional presentation.
• Naturally skilled at building genuine client relationships and encouraging customer loyalty.
• Available to commit to the full fixed-term period, from November until the end of January.
