Kick Start Your Customer Service Career with Aviva
Customer Service Expert - Starting salary between £25,100 - £28,500 (depending on hours, location, skills and experience)
Our standard full-time contracts are for 35 hours per week (with options for part time working). However we want you to have the flexibility to increase your working hours if it suits you, so we also offer the option for an enhanced 40 hour contract which has an enhanced salary of up to £32,500.
Allocated shift pattern between 08:00 – 18:00 Monday – Friday
We are looking for customer service and/or administration candidates, to support with client and customer requests within our Wealth Teams.
In this role, you will ensure a high-quality service is always given to our customers, providing an excellent standard of general admin and service support. As Client Administration Support, you must be flexible in your approach and able to prioritise tasks with ease. This is a fast-paced role with fantastic opportunities for growth and development.
