The RoleDoThinkDo is an innovative company with ambitious growth plans, this role is key in helping us deliver those plans. As our Client Acquisition Manager, you’ll be both strategic thinker and hands-on doer - working closely with our founder, CEO, and sales team to shape our outbound activity and ongoing customer acquisition strategy.
Your Focus Areas1. Lead generationWe are looking for a creative thinker, someone who loves to collaborate and is curious about communication, how people learn and what we do to help and impact them.
You’ll have several years experience in a consultative b2b sales environment, ideally within learning / training organisations, and be competent with the mechanics of client acquisition, such as CRMs (Hubspot is ideal), campaign generation and proposal writing.
You’ll have an interest in how AI can and will shape Business Development. Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify and generate leads is also a bonus.
